Computer Problems?
December 13th, 2007 by Jesse DyeMost computer problems can easily be solved by restarting, and trying again from scratch. Try these steps to warm up that frozen computer:
Step 1: When able, you should always try restarting your computer. On a MAC click the “Apple” menu, click “Restart”. On a PC click “Start” then “Logoff” or “Restart”.
Step 2: If Step 1 doesn’t work, on a MAC hit the “APPLE + OPTION + ESC” keys, and “Force Quit” frozen applications. On a PC hit “CTRL +ALT +DEL” and click “Logoff” to clear any errors.
Step 3: Last resort. If the computer simply doesn’t want to respond, you may have to HOLD THE POWER BUTTON for 5 seconds. This forces the computer to turn completely off. Wait a few seconds, then power it back on.

I like the look of the blog. I think the heat ticket needs to be more prominent on the page to avoid emails and phone calls.
