Request Help

A HEAT Ticket is an electronic request for tech help that goes directly to your tech team. ALL technology requests MUST be submitted through the HEAT website.
Please complete the following steps before submitting a HEAT request:

1.  First check the “How-To” section of this website.  It covers the most common requests for help. You can find it in the tabs above.

2.  Check the “Back 2 School Tech Newsletter” for quick tips, and tricks that can resolve 90% of the most common computer issues. You can reprint a copy: HERE.

3.   Contact your departmental “Tech Liason” for any other questions. To see who your department tech liaison is please click the link: Liaison List
